Peer-to-Peer Recognitions

“Jenni Hentchel has flourished in her role of Marketing Content Manager and has quickly become a crucial part of the Leidos team in the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency project. With less than a year in her tenure, Jenni has proactively taken on challenges and supplied fresh and innovative results. Jenni has proven to be a very responsive and accommodating resource. She has avidly listened to ideas and suggestions and recognized the value of direct input from those involved in the day-to-day operations of Initiatives. Jenni has been inundated with an overabundance of underdeveloped ideas and has masterfully found the hidden gems and produced high quality marketing support for both programs. Her cooperative attitude and attention to detail have created an environment of trust and confidence in the Marketing group. She has been able to accomplish much of this with minimal managerial input and has recently taken on the role of direct manager of several Leidos team members as well. Jenni should be commended for her positive attitude and substantial results”
“I am nominating Kirstin Nafziger for the Peer to Peer Award. Kirstin deserves this award as she has only recently joined Leidos with the SBDI program, but has been an invaluable asset for supporting the Standard Business Program. Her positive attitude and her willingness to lend a hand exemplifies four of the five tenets of Leidos: Integrity, Commitment, Collaboration & Agility. As the Business program has been overwhelmed with applications this year, and missing an integral team member, Kirstin has used her growing experience with the SBDI program, and Amplify, to assist in the day to day for the Standard Business Program’s check batch processes to ensure both the integrity & consistency of program data, as well as the timeliness of those Incentives to be sent for delivery. She has more than proven her capabilities within the Leidos AIC team, but more specifically, within the overall Leidos AIC Energy Efficiency Business Program.”
“I am nominating Heather Blumenstock for the Peer to Peer Award. Heather deserves this award as she has been a vital asset in supporting the Standard Business Program. Her positive attitude and her willingness to lend a hand demonstrates four of the five tenets of Leidos: Integrity, Commitment, Collaboration & Agility. As the Business program has been overwhelmed with applications this year, and missing an essential team member, Heather has stepped up to assist with the Standard Business Program’s check batch processes to ensure timeliness in the delivery of project incentives. This has been a huge help, especially since she has been managing her own responsibilities with the Residential Program in addition to supporting the Business program. Heather is, without a doubt, an essential member of the Leidos AIC team and deserves to be recognized for her efforts!”
“Mallory is always someone who will lend a helping hand – no questions asked! She has an upbeat attitude and both the Leidos and Ameren Illinois staff members really enjoy her company and work ethic. Mallory is a team member who will bend over backwards to make sure the client is happy. She has excellent communication and is involved in all of her tasks from start to finish to make sure the end result is exactly what was asked. Mallory is able to help move projects along while offering helpful guidance and creativity. We can all count on Mallory, and she is greatly appreciated!”

“Mallory consistently delivers what is needed and goes above and beyond to serve the customer (internal and external). Mallory has faced many changes and challenges in her position and faces them with grace, a smile, and a can-do attitude. Her cheerful disposition is a blessing to all who know and work with her. She makes the world a better place!”

Robert Hostert
“Robert Hostert regularly goes above and beyond when assisting the Field Energy Specialist team. He plays an integral role in ensuring that the FES team is able to function efficiently and provide the highest service to the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program Residential Program Allies. Robert responds quickly and provides updates to the FES team when or if there is going to be a delay. He is efficient and is always willing to help when called upon. His most recent contribution to the FES team was in helping the FES’s to properly stage projects that have been sent to allies but were delayed due to COVID-19, were stalled due to financing, or had some other issue causing a delay. Robert work has had a significant positive impact on the FES team’s efforts to maintain the most up-to-date and accurate project records.”
“The dynamic duo!! It’s remarkable the volume of creative, innovative and excellent designs generated by these two. They work effectively and efficiently as a team and deliver a superb product each and every time, usually within a very tight deadline. Plus, they are fun to work with!”
